about

the house, and
why it's built this way.

the name

why "house of bones"

bones are what's left when everything else — the story you told yourself, the version of the relationship you wanted to be true, the identity you built around someone else's approval — gets stripped away. this house is built on what's actually there. not the performance. not the potential. the structure underneath it.

that's the work: finding what's real, and building from that instead of from the story.

the approach

clarity over comfort.

most content in this space is built to make you feel better in the moment. this isn't that. this is built to make you see clearly — even when that's uncomfortable — because clarity is what actually changes something. comfort just gets you through the afternoon.

no toxic positivity. no telling you what you want to hear. no pretending healing is linear, or that you'll never slip back. you will. that's not failure. what matters is what you do next.

a note from anna

founder, her house of bones

[ this is where your story goes — how you got here, why this work matters to you, and what you want someone to know about you before they apply. write it the way you wrote the note at the end of Shut Up & Do It. ]
